Welcome
On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Tablerock Healthcare is located on 39 scenic acres. Built on a mountain peak, our facility offers a panoramic view of Tablerock Lake, Kimberling City and the beautiful Ozarks. Our skilled therapy team, in participation with our professional nursing staff, have assisted many residents in returning home through our Rehabilitation program. We are pleased that we had a deficiency free annual survey in 2010. It’s an honor to have a deficiency free survey and we thank the staff for their hard work and dedication.
Our physical, occupational and speech/language therapists are part of Kindred's Peoplefirst Rehabilitation Services division. They work with residents confronting a variety of conditions, from stroke to dysphasia to Parkinson’s disease, as well as conditions resulting from elective surgeries, multiple trauma or recovery from amputations. The rehabilitation team creates an individualized treatment program developed with the interdisciplinary team of nursing, social services, activities and dietary in consultation with your physicians. The team members’ objective is to play an integral role in helping you regain your health and reach your maximum functional ability.
Our Reflections and Passagesâ Units, specifically designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease, are a special feature of our center, which accommodates 120 residents. These unique natural areas provide a colorful and mentally stimulating environment to help residents remain at an optimal functioning level as long as possible. Our nurses and nursing assistants not only provide medical care and assistance with activities of daily living, they also engage our Alzheimer’s residents in a wide array of failure-free, age-appropriate activities. Our bird aviary and pet therapy add to the home-like environment. Tablerock Healthcare is a 2006 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
Tablerock Healthcare also features duplex and fourplex apartments that provide the opportunity for independent living and the availability of a 24-hour professional nursing staff in case of an emergency.
